For nearly a decade, Jamie has coached and developed CFOs who’ve gone on to hold larger roles, board positions, and receive faster promotions than they initially imagined.
Jamie’s credibility is built on both sides of the table. She’s been a Big Four facilitator, a CFO, and a Finance Leader. She’s also an entrepreneur who has built a business and led the sales of CFO services and recruiting for seven years, giving her a rare vantage point on what CEOs, founders, and boards truly expect from their finance leaders.
CFOcoaching.com was born out of that experience and her passion to break the tired stereotypes of finance as “number crunchers.” For Jamie, it is a way to stay involved and give back to the professional network she loves. Jamie is currently launching the second chapter of her entrepreneurial journey, including the creation of Double U Advisors, which is her primary focus. CFOcoaching differs as it is specifically designed for Finance Leaders. It is practical and a combination of coaching and learning and advisory. It is not technical but it is not soft either. We have frameworks that work and we’ve done this for years.
